Second trad deer.  First with a recurve.  Taken using a Wild Horse Creek Mariah 54". 50 lbs @ 28", GT 3555 with 150 gr. Magnus Stinger.

24 yard shot. Complete pass through stuck in the dirt.  She went 50 yards and fell in my tire tracks.  Easy to load!!!!

I've resized the photo in Photobucket.  It claims to be 640 width in Photobucket but right clicking on the photo says otherwise on this forum.  After 15 attempts, I give up.

nice deer!  how do you get them to keel over so close to yer car?  i need to learn that trick!   :D

image looks fine and just the right size, thank you!

sometimes, if you post an image that's too large, and you see it, and you go and fix the image size and then repost it, your pc's memory cache isn't updated an you see the older and larger image while everyone sees the new, resized image.  dang computers!!!!!

the trick, in that case, is when you resize the big image to 640 wide, always save it to a new name and use that new name in yer posting.  thataway, it'll be a totally new image name and you won't be bringing up the larger cached image's older name.

Do I get the prize for closest to camp? The cabin is in the background past the cars, and I shot the deer while standing under the cedar tree on the right. This photo is taken where he fell.

Not much of a picture but it was one heck of a tracking job and a doe I will never forget. Every deer makes a memory for one reason or another.
