Hunting in the snow

Going to head out soon for an evening hunt snow is coming down pretty good.I was out with my son last night saw 2 bucks they came in to us but my son couldnt get a shot.He doesnt want to go tonite,but my daughter is going to go sit with me.It is nice being out in the woods with the kids and I love hunting in the snow.Will post later how we make out.

Good luck to ya, I love hunting in the snow. You can see all the tracks not just ones in soft dirt or mud or sand. Keeps the blood pumping !

A good snow storm will also get the big ones moving. The colder temps do help to hang deer and you don't have to hustle to keep the meat from getting bacteria. Have fun with your kids.
