Pronghorn shooters
« on: November 01, 2011, 07:44:00 PM »
I recently picked up a 3pc pronghorn 62" 54@28 and I'm very pleased with it in all areas. My question is to those in the know... is the one piece similar in shooting nature at the same specs. I've always loved the looks of a one piece longbow and would love to have one if I wouldn't have to make a lot of adjustment to swap between the two.

Thanks
Glenn

I have 19 Pronghorns and I like the one piece the best. Some folks like the tad bit heavier T/D model. Maybe more stable for them? I don't know, I shoot them all and love them.

I have had both, both are excellent shooting bows. But I like one piece bows,I like the cleaner lines.I feel it is more of a personal preference.

I use the three piece and love it. I like the extra mass and it goes in a duffel bag for my whitetail trips back East. I also shoot a friends one piece.  This is cottontail season for us and THEY hate that three piece

I am one of those that like the heavier bows and the three peice gives me that. I have shot a lot of one peice Pronghorns though and they all shoot dad owns great.  My Dad owns two. Not many  of us can keep up with Tracy.   :archer2:  Wait I think I owe him some money.
