Whoa!  Nice buck Ben!  I just scrolled through this one quickly - I'll have to try to keep up on my phone throughout the week.  Getting ready to walk out the door myself for a trip.

Good luck to all on the rest of this one!

Great buck, Ben. Those MOABs of yours don't ever seem to let you down. Now the bar has been set for the others.

Man what a week. I just got home cause I have to work a double tomorrow. I'll fill everyone in on the week tomorrow.

I did have a standoff  with a 160 class  buck this am at 18 yards.    :bigsmyl:

Still catching up from the time away. And I'm sure Mike is hunting. I would be if I were him.

We should all be jealous of these boys.....

Will post more soon. Gotta go to work.

Well, through the years, everytime we brought a big buck in they would say "you lucky bastards". I think the luck part finally wore off but the "bastard" camp did not. I mean we are the odd ones of the prison. So they gave us all individual names. From left to right:

Rob-aka "little bastard"
Me-aka "Captain Bastard"
Mike-aka "sarcastic gas man bastard"
Ben-AKA "FAT bastard" ( I wonder why)
Not pictured -Steve- aka "old bastard"

The two young men will earn their names in due time.

We just might add a "dentist bastard" after this week.     :bigsmyl:

And if you hunt with these guys, they will give you a bastard name as well. I was Western Bastard.

These guys really do know how to treat a guy right, can cook up some great food, and put you on deer.

While I was hunting in Ohio with these guys, I met a Pro Bull Rider and have hunted with him in Oregon and North Carolina for the last 2 years.

That is a special piece of land you guys have there.
