Bear Super Kodiak

I have a chance to buy one for $175. I was told it was a 07 or 08 model. Is this a fair price & I haven't had a chance to shoot it so how well do they shoot? It has a couple small dings on the side of the lower limb but nothing major.

It's a good bow to shoot. My first hunting bow was a SK. I outgrew since my draw length increased to 30".

At $175 for a used one, it's a steal. Take it.

Thanks guys. I really don't need another bow. I just bought a Mahaska longbow for $50 & it came with a great northern quiver. But if this is a good deal I don't want to pass it up.
I forgot to mention the Kodiak comes with a bolt on Selway 5 arrow quiver.

Real good deal, buy it as you could resell it for more if you wanted to.

They are nearly $500 new. I shot a 255 pound buck on the move at 30+ yards with one that was about 57 at my draw. The 2018 tipped with a Zwickey Delta flew through the deer broke two ribs and hung up in branches above and beyond the deer,an uphill shot. I broke my record for hitting quarters out of the air at 10 to 12 yards with a Super K. The new Super Ks are about as usable in hunting situation as any 60" recurve can get.

I got an early 70's 50# Kodiak Magnum for 102$ shipped and it's an amazing bow.  I love it!

I would definitely pay 175 for a new one, you can use fast flight:)
