I like Vapor 2000 with the 225 grain Phantom.  My draw length is 28" and I cut the arrows to 29".  Seems to work very well for my bows 45# and under.

I really like Gold Tip 15/35 wood grain  with a 175 gr. field point and standard aluminum insert for practice. For hunting I can shoot 175-200 gr. head with no problem. My arrow is 29 inches from valley of nock to bop. My Bear TD is 45 @ 28 inches with RER limbs.tm

My most recent combo is a 35-55 GT with 100 gr. insert and 125 gr. point. Shafts are left full length. 45# @ 28" drawn to 29". Inner added weight is fine if you cant get it out of your point for the chosen arrow lenght. Once I exhaust my 125 gr. inventory of broadheads I'll probably opt for heavier heads and give up the brass inserts.

I'm shooting Beman 600s with a 75 gr insert and 125 gr head. Arrows are 30.5" long and I'm drawing 29". Bow is right at 45@29. Total arrow weight is 465 gr. I'm shooting Magnus heads, both 2 blade and 4 blade.

I use GT 15/35 transitional as well. 200 field point and the arrow length is 28 1/4". I'm shooting it out of my Bear Grizzly 58 50# @ 28", my draw length is 25". I'm shooting 2 blade 190 gr Simmons interceptors. They fly just like field points.

I use the Carbon Tech 35-55 arrows cut at 28 1/2 inches BOP with a 175 grain point. This combination flies like a dart out of most 45# bows that I have used.

A Victory VForce HV 350 may be a viable option for both bows. The estimated difference in lengths to tune is ~ <1/2"

100 gn insert
200 gn point
~515 grains
11.4 gpp
~27.6 EFOC

I've been using GT 35/55 cut to 29.5 with 50 gr inserts and 160 gr broadheads (462 total). My draw on a good day is 29". I have experimented with GT 15/35 with al inserts and 145 gr points with good results.
