I have used them.  They are good broadheads.  Not sharp out of package and point needs chiseled where not as much of a needle.  They sharpended nicely.  However, I do think they are much better 3 blade broadheads on the market.  I have shot two deer with razorcaps.  One was a 70 pound doe the other was a 130 pound buck.  Both were broadside 12 to 18 yards shots both hit ribs and both broadheads were damaged.  Doe the tip curled, the buck one of the blades broke off.  Now both deer were killed and recovered in less than 100 yards with good bloodtrails.  Now many others have probably had better results.  I am a woodsman shooter now, and it looks like there are even better heads than the original woodsmans out now, all being a beefed up looking woodsman design.  So to answer your questions, do I like them, nope.  Kill pics yes, but don't know how to post and would not add anything to post.  With just two critters shot with them compared to probably 20 deer shot with woodsmans in the past few years.  The narrower length the width ratio of a woodsman or similar design of broadhead will lead to increased penetration over the less narrow razorcaps.  the front end of the original woodsman head is tougher and less likely to fail when the tip is chiseled than the razor caps.  You can get 6 origianl woodsmans for the price of 3 razorcaps.  Although I have not shot any just seen pictures the woodsman elites, the VPA terminators (i think that is correct name) would have to be at the pinnacle for three blade heads that are on the market.  All of the before mentioned non technical research was conducted shooting a 54 lb 62 inch Silvertip recurve with fast flight string shooting easton axis 400's cut to 30.5 inches on slickheads ranging from 70 lbs to bucks field dressing 185 pounds.  All shots were less than 20 yards if it adds anything to your inquiry.

Ive  killed a bunch of deer and hogs with them. Pros, Ability to change weight of the head. Never had one that didn't spin true. very easy to sharpen. Stainless , so no rust and edge holds up good in quiver. Cons, This might be kinda petty. I have been using abowyer brown bears as of late. I don't get the graphic blood on the ground with them compared to the 3 blade razor cap. however my recovery distance is at least half. I believe that the surgical sharp 2 blade has so little impact on the animal that it hardly knows that it's been hit. They are good heads though and I would'nt hesitate to shoot something with one if it was sharp. DB

All but two animals I have killed with them have gone down in sight. I shot a cow moose in '07 that was hit in the "elbow" that covers the heart. It was shattered, took out a hunk of rib, center punched the heart, opened up the bottom of the lungs and I took a deer with the same arrow and broadhead a week later. Never had one fail and they take and hold an awesome edge. Great blood trails (if you need them) and with the interchangeable ferrules you can fine tune them perfectly to any bow. By the way....the moose took 3 steps and was down. I've been hunting since the 50's and, to me, the Razorcap has proven to be the deadliest head I have ever used. By the way, I do not pyramid the tip like I need to do on Woodsman heads. The only one I ever had to do that to was one that I stuck in the concrete wall in my basement about 6 years ago. That is my practice head and it has held up all these years. The key to their performance is getting a razor sharp edge. And as stated by batman, they always spin true. The only thing about them I do not like is loosing one.

I shot 7 animals in Africa a few years back and 6 of 'em went down in sight. The other, a waterbuck, only went 125 yards.
My PH was so impressed with them I had to leave what I had left with him.

I used them for 3 years and had great results with them. I shot 6 or 7 whitetails and a beautiful black bear.  No damage to them. Sharpened easily and held the edge great.  As noted above, you can change weights with ferrules only and they always spin true. I switched to Kustom King Trailmakers to field test for my friend Tim Cosgrove at Kustom King and that's the only reason I switched (they're both great heads).  I think you'll be pleased with Razorcaps.

I'm a few animals behind everyone else, but have shot them through 3 whitetails, all down in 50 yards or so.  Shot one buck just over the vitals and hit the spine.  After spending a bit chipping bone away, I got the head out and resharpened it, its in the number one slot of my quiver....  they do take time to sharpen, mill file, then lansky stones until shaving sharp.  I like mine and don't plan on switching anytime soon.

these days we have lots of great broadhead choices..I prefer 3 bladed heads. Arround 7 years ago I bought 2 dozen razorcaps and was also given 2 dozen so I have a few of them. I have taken a few deer and hogs with them, no problems, good blood trails. I don't always take pics but I found a couple..

Razorcaps are easy to sharpen, hold the edge well, fly great, easy to change weights,  and leave a good blood trail. I also use Snuffers sometimes, and prefer both to the Woodsman. If you don't like your Razorcaps, PM me a good price on them.
If it's in your way, move it.

They are good heads, I have shot them for years out of a lighter bow I have.  Don't hunt with it alot, but I have killed 6 or 8 animals with them.  I even killed a small buck with Mrs. Hope in '10 with one.

God Bless,
