Drew,

was that the arrow that cant hit a turkey?  perhaps its better off broken? Perhaps it was just used for the wrong application?

Now get after those bucks you showed me before Adam gets outa school.   :readit:    :archer:

Good job Drew!

Sux to break arrows, but like I told my wife: "Broke an arrow - have to make a new dozen."     :D

You know, I don't mind exchanging an arrow for a deer.  I'll make that trade every time.

Actually - I broke two.         She collapsed on the first hit but started to get back up (unsuccessfully) so I invested a second arrow as soon as I could get it nocked.  Never had the chance before and for rainy day insurance I'd say it was worth it.  ON the second hit her legs stopped and her head just gradually sank down to the ground.  A "coup de merci."  But it smacked a small tree at ground level, buried the broad 1-1/2", and it snapped at the taper.

Curt, I hoppe your trophy room walls are adorned with photos such as that one, and the one with Cade and the fish, and pheasant and turkey... man.....

You need a bigger room   :readit:   . Your pictures are classics and there seems to be no shortage of great memories being made.  I'm truly in awe, not for the game taken but the experiences had.

I hope when I have a child I can do the same, Between sports and the outdoors.     :notworthy:
