Thanks everyone. I had been wanting a cat for some time now.
I had some backstrap last night, and WOW, that is some fine tasting meat! Probably the best wild game meat I have had. If you hear it taste like porkchops, believe it. My 6 year old daughter said the same thing. She wanted more.
My wife would not have anything to do with it though.
