Arrows for my Dalaa

I have a new Dalaa recurve, 21" riser with medium length limbs,64" bow, 45lbs at my draw. I shoot 3 under and trying a Nap Centerest flipper. If anyone has a similar set up, I'm interested in what arrows you are using. I've tried 400 Beman carbons, 31" long with stock aluminum insert and 145gr points, and they react weak. I would just like some input before I come home with some 340's that I may not need. My brace is at 8". Thanks!

Need more info but your arrows are not weak. You are false weak. You may need 500's vs 340's.
I am shooting a 17" with longs about 50@29 and arrow point just outside center per instructions. Thought I was close with 30" 400 shaft with 100 insert and 175 point. Went from split to 3 under after I thought I was close on tune. Stripped feathers off on the rest. Couldn't get enough weight on the front to tune it with the 30" 400's.31" with 100 insert and 200 point is close. Now I am real close to tuned with 30" 500 with 100 insert and 175 point. I only have the one shaft on hand and it was cut so have to get more to fine tune, but this combo is real close bare shifting. I fletched it up and it shoots great with FP and BH.

Draw is 28 1/4". Tried some bareshafting, arrows hit just right of target and nock left (right handed shooter). My bows recommended brace is 8 to 8 1/2", I'm at 8" right now. I know that I can try moving my rest out, but how far is too far?

You can try moving out as far as center or outside that if you like to see what happens. Most likely if you are in from center now, you will get what looks like a weaker arrow yet as you move out. It will be even more false weak. Moving farther past center in if you can may reveal the stiff arrow. However, if you go too far in, you will get issues because you will get to or past center shot, and that is not good shooting fingers.

.500 spine cut to 30"s and 250-275 grains will get ya close. Most guys are well over spined with their ILF or Dalaa bows. I shoot a set of Border Hex-5Hs 52#s at my 28.5" draw arrowset up just left of center with soft plunger. Guys told me I would need 400 or even 340 spine, well geuss what I ended up with .500 spine cut to 29.5"s with 190 grains of point weight, perect flight I mean perfect. .400 spine I needed 31"s and 325 grains of point weight and it still was not perfect.
