i wonder how many deer that guy has butchered to be able to do that.  it takes me an hour to get them skinned and boned out.  It took him a total of 11 in his video.  I cant even get the meat bundles broken down in my hour and he managed to do that too.  Unreal

yep..take yer deer to the nearest meat processing house...they got lts of practice. LOL!

I used to but..i dont have a problem getting them from the gambrel to the cooler in an hour or so..bagged..packed with ice and all but..

Dang, it takes me ten times that long and I do half as nice a job. I thought I got most of the meat off a deer, but this guy puts me to shame. That is one heck of a knife.  I agree with others, I'd have one of those hook things ran through hand or wrist before I knew it.  Being real familiar with the anatomy of the deer is a big help too.
