Ron @ KME
« on: December 07, 2011, 07:18:00 AM »
I recently bought a couple of ceramic stones from kme to sharpen my 3 blade heads. After still having trouble getting them as sharp as I would like, I emailed Ron for advise. We exchanged a few emails, and he offered to give me a lesson over the phone. Not only is he a super nice guy,  but he also helped me accomplish something that has been quite difficult for me. I can't say thanks enough.

Don't you just wish all businesses had the customer service skills that Ron has?  They don't come any better!

Ron can sharpen a mashed potato sandwich and has the skills to talk you through it also. Great guy and company no doubt.

Good to hear.  I just ordered the knife sharpener & base last Monday with both the regular & diamond stones.

So, tell us the secret.  Save him from being on the phone all the time instead getting out orders.

Ron is tops!  I own a knife sharpener and love it.  Ron is also doing some sharpening work for me on our two-blade heads and his customer service is every bit as stellar in that capacity as it is as a retailer.  He is genuinely a nice guy.
