I like wool plaid best while my son seems to prefer the sasquatch pattern.  I'll leave it to you to figure out who is who.

Depending on where I'm hunting and what time of the year it is. With that said, I use Predator camo.

My three favorites and I have lots of outfits for each. They are Spring Green, the discontinued Fall Brown and Fall Gray.

BTW, I don't care for the Deception series.

I used natural gear this year and like it alot. Its muted out pattern just disolves into the background.

ASAT and Cabelas Outfitter seem to have worked whether on the praries or in the mountains.

Joe skipp, those pics are awesome and show how the open pattern and light background colors keep you from, "blacking out", like most patterns. Those pics would show this even more if they were taken from a further distance. It is amazing how good ASAT, Predator, and other open patterns look versus most patterns with a little distance added. A real eye opener when your hunting buddy knows your general area and still has to, "hunt", to find you, yet you can see him at will.

I'm very fond of just good ole wool plaid. My favorite camo is  ASAT hands down! Makes you invisible. Great for ground hunting!  I still have my ole Treebark pants though. Had plenty of success wearing them.

Cabelas Outfitter and Predator SG for patterns, though I've found myself starting to use more solids (foliage, coyote, OD) and the Shaggie suit.

I still wear a plaid wool shirt for opener though, it's tradition!

depends on where Im hunting...

- when I hunt early season in the thick stuff I use some German army surplus flecktarn camo. Works unbelievably well.

- when I hunt late season in the thick stuff Ill use advantage, mossy oak, or whatever type commercial camo.

- On occasion I hunt in some very open up-land gallery forest where it doesn't matter what you wear, the deer will see you unless you're hiding behind a tree trunk or lying on your belly! Honestly this is my favorite territory to hunt.

He made that a couple of years ago.  Think if he were going to do it again, he'd probably make it a little less... dense but when he's standing still, he's pretty hard to see.
