I've got the same bow, from back when they had the 50# ones in stock for $180.00 (I'm guessing we're talking about the same bow...$130.00, right beneath the "Horsebow Express"?
If so....
It's very, very smooth shooting, and easy to draw up to 28". It doesn't stack at 28"...it hits a brick wall and flat out stops.
Due to it's light weight, short length, and shooting off the hand, it's very tricky to get the hang of. If a person enjoys the challenge, it can be kinda cool- If not, it can be discouraging.
I've had the best luck with weaker spined arrows to basically go around the stave and hit closer to center.
It is a good bow, and it's a blast to shoot. It's good looking "cute" and non intimidating enough that my wife even decided to come out and try it, after turning down numerous invites to shoot a host of other recurves and long bows.
For what they cost these days, I think you'll be real happy with it. I've been happy with mine.
