Thanks agross1. I think I'll go for the Original. Need a new blaze orange to wear while rabbit hunting this winter. I could always throw a light weight beanie under it if it's really cold.

If your going to be rabbit hunting, I assume you will be mostly walking, the original will be plenty warm. They are great hats.

Most of the time I wear this wool (i guess Fedora style).
If hot out, generally a ball cap to shade my eyes.
Here it is on my noggin :-)

Yes Tom I made it and will download some picks this weeknd for you. Here's the only other one I have of it right now on photobucket..
I trap a few raccoons every year and always have a couple that are saved back for tanning and projects before selling. :D

Love my wool Filson Mackinaw cap. Nice short brim and fold-down earflaps for when it's real cold. Plenty warm when it's cold, and not too hot when it's warm out.
