rancho safari longcoat ultralight????
« on: December 16, 2011, 11:47:00 AM »
Anybody hunting from the ground with the rancho safari longcoat ultralight??? I called and also sent an e-mail to Rancho Safari regarding the ultralight longcoat and have not received a reply. I am a tree stand hunter but would like to ground hunt now and then. I have ordered the Waldrop Pacseat. Any help you guys can give me that hunt from the ground will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have used one for several years. They are cotton, not burlap. Lighter and no burlap smell. They are super.

I have the regular shaggy long coat with the burlap. It's hotter and heavier but I like the look of it better. My brother has the ultralight and he is happy with it. They both seem well made and work incredibly well.

I have the ultralight and wouldn't trade it for all the rest.  I have had enough good things happen while wearing mine to make it well worth it.

Wish they made it in green

Waldrop seat is the best, light, quiet and comfortable...your half way there!
