Thanks Mike, i was just curious.....

I've been told that the original  "ACS" stood for "Adcock Cross Section"..... looking at that limb design i couldn't imagine pulling that one off in a radius cross section and keeping it stable.

I know some other bowyer's with a very similar designed limb that are getting great results. I'll be interested in seeing the test results.

love your flaming arrows!   :clapper:    :clapper:

Kirk,
It looks like you need to make a nice winter trip to Texas to check this out!     :)
Speaking of that, I could probably use a nice winter trip to Texas.

I like the looks of those limbs a lot Mike...and Jason....and John.

What will be the shortest bow or the length of both longbow and recurve in both the ILF and the Boltdown. And I want to bring this to the top for my buddy.  Widow

With the 13" riser and shorts you can get 54" on the recurve and with mediums 56 on the longbow.

Drawlength is limited to 27" in both.

What kind of length would i need to accommodate my 29" draw Mike?

I looked on your site and had a rough time figuring out pricing. Is the $625 figure you gave me for a carbon limb bow? and is this bow a double carbon limb, or just single carbon back?

Got any pic's of this "Crazy John's" Carbon?

I forgot to ask how does the draw weight change when going up or down in riser length Thanks.   Widow

Widow Sax,

No veneers on this one as it's got carbon not clear glass.

Drawweight remains the same on our risers. If using others it's normally 1 pound per inch gain for going shorter and one pound loss per inch for going longer.

Risers are cut 3/16 past center.

Kirk,

That's the limb price.  They are triple carbon and no you can't see the "crazy John's"  It's secret stuff.  LOL

Mike
So if i want to purchase the standard TD bolt down bow it's $625 for the limbs, and how much for a 17" riser?

I think I'd need a riser bro... those limbs would look kinda funny on a Sasquatch riser. LOL!

Triple "Crazy John's" Carbon eh?   That's got a nice ring to it.

Would putting skins on your limbs be a problem Mike?

Nope, you can put them on if you like or have someone else do it.  We don't do skins any more.

When I got my wife her DAS bow the first set of limbs she had were used Synerzy limbs by W&W.  They had the same kind of limb and were nice shooters.

Mike: I recently got some Border HEX 6 limbs. Best limbs I ever shot. Would it be possible to do a comparison. I am sure Blacky can come up with some sort of comparison. I would love to fine a US bowyer that could make a comparable limb. Between you and Bob Morrison I think it may not be too far away. You guys are on the right track.
