Looking for a hunting journal
« on: December 26, 2011, 10:17:00 PM »
Thought it would be neat to start a hunting journal for the property some friends and I hunt.

What I am looking for is a classy looking journal where everytime someone hunts and has a good day or sees something or finds a shed or something that they can record the date , weather conditions, name of stand etc.

Anybody have a good source for a journal?  Thanks

One of the sponsors on here was selling leather covered journals a little while ago.  Maybe this will jog someone elses memory to help you.

I always get mine at a book store or stationery shop. I but the unlined version, better to make maps on, and wrap them in a piece of plastic with a pencil when carrying in my ruck sack in the field. Reasonable priced and do  the job as good as the fancy ones.

I like "Rite in the Rain" notebooks. Not fancy but I don't have to worry about the paper if it starts raining. They offer loose leaf and copier paper too.
