First trip with the Pacseat

I went hunting today and used my Waldrop Pacseat for the first time. It worked perfectly, very light, no squeaks, and very comfortable. I tried it with the back legs extended and just leaning against a tree and it worked beautifully each way.
When I got home (without any game taken) I promptly ran it over with my jeep. Fortunately there were only a couple of scratches in the finish, and I think that I suffered more than the seat did. It is very tough and well built.

I'm in the process of making a ghillie "scarf," to use with my Waldrop. Something I can drape over my shoulder to look like spanish moss. This is to compliment my asat leafy suit. Using macrame yarn, the same stuff we sometimes use for fly tying, very lightweight. If I can only come up with something to hide my snoring...

Actually deer seem to be attracted to snoring. If I could just stay awake while I do it, I might have the ultimate deer call.

I've been sold out on them from the 1st time I sat in mine.
Love it, love it, love it!!!
I've sat up on rather steep hill sides as easily and as comfortable as sitting on flat ground.
Something I made and use with mine is a soft backpack of sorts.
I took an old fleece backpack that the zipper was busted on and put some cushion type material in and hog ringed it shut.
Using another strap I carry this in the seat. It adds almost no extra weight but gives me about 2"'s of lift and adds so much comfort that it challenges my lazyboy for a favorite place to sit.
God bless,Mudd
