When Hurricane Isaac came through, the area we hunt in Braithwaite, LA had 10-15' of water in some places. Wildlife agents and biologists have decided to make some major changes to the season in order to help the population bounce back from what they feel were substantial losses, particularly with the fawn population. I was indeed happy to see these pics on the camera I setup on Wednesday last week. As you can see from the mud on their legs, the area is still pretty muddy, though things are drying out now for the most part.
