Spliced Feathers

Just wondering if anyone has a video or a good pictoral diagram of how to splice feathers. I really like the way they look but hear there a pain to do, if not is there anyone out there that sells them I would just buy them thanks guys for any input.

Jim Rebuck of J & M traditions has a great DVD on arrow building and feather splicing
called "Advanced Arrow Building" its really detailed filmed really well and easy to fallow along with, you can get the DVD from ********* archery or just call jim and marcie they can send you one, i think you can get it cheaper from jim and marcia

I just did the membrain splice yesterday.  It took all of 1 feather to learn how to do it.  Below the pictures is a quick how-to.

For the arrow sellers here:  can you consider selling some of your cutloffs or trims  to some of us to try this?   You know a dozen or so trims that we could buy to try this without costing good feathers.  Many on budgets would appreciate it
