Lets see your quivers
«

I made this quiver last summer and used it for my first big game season. It holds plenty of arrows, but I've noticed that with a back quiver the fletchings tend to ruffle together and make noise wenever I move. Not a big deal when field shooting or roving, but a bit of a problem while hunting. Anyone else notice this problem? Anyone else use a back quiver for hunting? I'd like to see what kind of quivers y'all use in the field when hunting.

Here's my quiver. I just got it in april so I haven't hunted with it yet. I got it from Steve Catts the Leathersmith and love it.

I finished this one a few weeks back. I haven't hunted with it yet. I am going to line it with a coyote pelt to help hold and quiet the arrows.

If ya'll will wear your strap a bit tighter the arrows won't flop around in yer quiver as you move.
You should be able to bend over and tie yer shoes without spilling arrows all over the place with a properly set up back quiver.

Here's my new Basket Quiver made by Karen Smith, a basket weaver at the art gallery. I showed her a build along here on tradgang and this is her very first. I wore it at ATAR a loved it. Light, funtional and looks great.
Next a Elk side quiver I made myself (few years back)
I wanted to have my little mans back quiver done for ATAR but had to finish it after we got home.
Here's Hunter's first quiver(and arrows with real points)

My home made $5 plains style quiver for small game hunting. It's cheap, quiet and holds a lot of arrows -- perfect.

Sweet quiver and arrows. My dad and I made a hip quiver not long ago.The arrows rattle but I only shoot in tournaments so far.I used the designs for the hipster from the "How To" resources.
