You can fine tune screw ins with a slow cordless drill , a flat file, and a grain scale.
I made some 235s a few years back.
Make sure you have a good handle on the file!

Steve I do them like Kennym said. I just use a ginder though on 175's I have to be careful because this way you take a lot off very fast. Kennym's idea is probably better. Hope all is doing well. Philip

When I was experimenting with 165 grain weight, I'd use a 145 grain field point and put four, 5 grain brass weight washers behind the field point and that gave me a 165 grain field point.
I got the 5 grain brass washers from 3 Rivers Archery.

I've only seen 160's. You should be able to add 5gr with a little lead shot or even a piece of lead solder in the tip. 5gr isn't much; you might not even be able to tell the difference.

I use a little#8 birdshot in mine and also use them in my Judos.Put my point in a grain scale and start adding the birdshot til I get the weight I want and then heat it up ,melt the lead and hotmelt it and have had no problems

I do what Okla Bearclaw does and it works very well for glue on points. I made myself some 145 gr woodsman broadheads to match my 145 gr field points and they turned out to be great.
I'll try some 160 gr next.

Add a small lead fishing weight, drop it in, tap it in place or add a little epoxy.
