Very unique, congrats on harvesting that fine swan with a 'curve.

K-A!

A group of PBS members used to do Tundra Swan hunts in NC with bows. I think Cory Mattson was the master mind behind organizing the groups.  JoeBuck I know has shot at least one.  That is one hunt I wish I would have join in on when they were doing them (maybe mid-late 90's?).

Thanks for sharing!

Thats a fine trophy, congrats. Not very common up here but I did see a pair of adults and two juveniles up here this past deer season.

That's something that I'd like to try some time. Looks like a lot of fun. Congrats!

Is there any potential to use the feathers for fletching? It would be interesting to use the feathers for the next hunt.

Cool!  What does swan taste like...?     I was nervous to eat goose after what I had heard but they were pretty good.

That's some awesome shooting man!  Congrats on a great trophy.  I assume from your screen name that you're from Buxton.  I love visiting down there.  Planning to head back that way in July.

I've shot a few with my shotgun but haven't tried it yet with my bow.  Did you decoy them?
