Nice one.  How far was he when he stopped and loked back in your direction?
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

We have had some great warm weather for late season hunting this year in Iowa!  I managed to get out quite a few times after Christmas.  Was fortunate to fill my last antlerless tag on Jan.10 with about 15 minutes left in the season!  It was a great year!
