I went out tonight for the last day of our MO archery deer season, it was pretty windy and I didn't expect much. At about 5:15 this one came by and gave me a good shot, all be it, it was a little longer shot than I like, about 30-35 yards it turns out. At the time it looked good so I took it, all turned out just fine!

I was shooting my 1962 Bear Grizzly 62" 45#@28" the arrow was a 500gr. 1970's vintage cedar tipped with an old green Bear razorhead

This was a fine way to end the deer season!

Congrats!! Way to get it done with a fifty year old bow.What a way to end the season.

I've got a match to Your bow that's 50 lbs. I plan on killing something with very soon.

Way to go!, You may have made the first kill of 2012 with a 1962 Bear bow. 50yrs and still going strong. Great deer and great bow.
