Lime Green Fletching
« on: January 16, 2012, 11:57:00 AM »
Does anyone have good pics of their lime green fletching. I usually just use a matching cap dip with a couple of simple black lines. However, I just made a hand drill cresting machine (thanks Rob, I used pics of yours as a starting point)and wanted to mix it up a bit. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Joshua

Thanks Joe, that looks great. Those were some of the colors that I was thinking about. I had been thinking about adding a little white dip in front of the fletch, or an inch of reflective white cap wrap behind the fletch. Keep them coming.

I whipped these up to shoot in the snow. Can't see my regular ones. They work great. When they go under the snow they make it glow. Easy to find.

The dog toy I found in my woods while hunting. Since then I've found 4 more and can't figure where they are coming from. Obviously some animal is carrying them here and leaving them. I've been using them to shoot judo points at.

Thanks everyone for your pictures. I went ahead and made up a few different ones. The cresting is a little rough I know, but good enough for a hand drill cresting jig. So, which ones do you like the best.
