High Adventure!
« on: January 17, 2012, 06:56:00 AM »
Kids were looking forward to this hike for days! Very cold, about 15 when we set off. Big plans...build a shelter, a couple fires, shoot flu-flu's, stumps, whatever....

Emmie Mae's first "big hike"...

We're off!

We ended up staying out for over 5hrs. and they didn't want to quit. They actually asked it we could stay longer so they could walk out using their headlamps!

A day none of us will ever forget and they're already talking about going back out this weekend!!

Curt,

I tip my brim to you, what a better world we could have if more parent's spent quality time with their kids such as this fine example, rather than letting them grow up with a Playstation or Phone stuck in their hand. "Props to you"..... You just gave me a great idea for this weekend !!!

Way to go, Bro. I can't believe how much your little girl looks like like Cade. Nice bows, too. Thanks for raising your kids "right".

Now that's what life is all about. Way to go dad.
