50+ pounds holding weight is quite a handful for a newbie. consider another set of limbs 40@28 and save the 50+ for when you really can control the bow. as to arrows, beman ics bowhunter 500 or 400, cut a few to 31", 200 grain or so point weights to keep the arrow mass weight up into the 10gpp range, 5" feathers of any style w/full helical.
my guess is that you aren't measuring yer draw length properly since you haven't really worked on form, and it will be less than you think it is now. make sure the arrow nock to center serving fit is loose and not tight. if at all possible, seek out a knowledgeable local trad archer for mentoring. good sources will be trad clubs, events, vendors.
