Big Jim's Service
«
on:
January 20, 2012, 11:35:00 AM »
I just placed my first order with Big Jim's.
Wow!
I had some questions about a product and they were answered very well. I placed my order and it was shipped the next day. Jim and Debbie went above and beyond with my order.
Great people!

I'll second that!! had a little glitch with a transaction and they took care of it with no hesitation. Should be receiving my TC in a couple of days.

Jim and Deb are good people and run a very good business. I have ordered a few items from them and he always takes the time to stop equipment and answer my questions. Top Notch for sure.

Jim's service is far and away the best I've ever had with any company on the internet. Even if you don't see it on their site send an email or give him a call he may just have it. Now if he just had all the product KK or Three Rivers has I'd have to question if those two would still be in business.

Yup. I ordered something from him a while back, and couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. Great price too.

Had a thread going about trying a 56” bow. Jim responded by offering to send me a 54” Thunder child to try, I just needed to pay for the shipping. It should be here by Monday or Tuesday, I say that’s pretty good service.....stabow
