Congrats on the Wildcat!  They are sweet.  I had one right handed.  I am switching to LH this winter for health reasons.  It's progressing well enough so I placed my order for a Bobcat.  It was a tough choice.

Thank you all for the positive feed back. Both on here and at Kzoo.

I am a little under the weather so I'll be a little slow in getting back to some of you. Combination of a cold and very little rest this weekend make for a restfull Sunday.

The Bobcat came home with me as we are working through the process of starting a try before you buy program. Any suggestions as to how that should work are welcomed. Roman and I talked about it at length on the drive up, but would like some of your thoughts as well.

Colin, feel free to drop by sometime  :bigsmyl:

The Bobcat spent most of the shoot in someones hand, as it should. Even guys with long draws were very pleased with her performance. Roman has plans to build some longer limbs soon to see how they perform, but as she is she's a keeper.

Can't wait to see a riser of Cocobolo in that shape!

Littlebigman, I got your pm changing to the Bobcat. Good choice, and good that you got your order in before the Kzoo Krush.

That little Cree is the one that won my heart. I have a decent 60" recurve and a couple nice r/d long bows, but I now have a burning need for that 56" recurve. I didn't have the money to buy it at the show, so I'm going to get in line with everybody else and order one. What a pleasant man to talk with and the quality of every single bow he had on the rack was top notch. I have to tell you that little bow spoke to me. She kept whispering in my ear until I almost ran to the ATM. That would not have been smart:-(

Kenny I spoke to you on Saturday at the show and really enjoyed the K2. Now I wish I would have shot the bobcat and the Cree. I just ran out of time, my dad was getting tired and wanted to leave. I hope you and Roman can figure a try it before you buy program or I may just have to drive to Ohio. Thanks for talking with me and letting me fling arrows out of your great bows. Jason

Bladepeek,

You are right, that little recurve does feel and shoot really nice. I must have been out wandering when you were there.

You're welcome Jason. Just keep in touch. I'll post something when we get the program going.

Steve, it was a pleasure meeting you as well.
Yeah, that hole back there made me feel like we did something wrong and were being punished.
Glad the staff took care of it first thing on Saturday morning.

The Bobcat is a great shooter.  I ran some arrows through it a Kzoo.  Smooth, quiet and quick.  Heard lots of positive reviews by everyone I saw shooting it.

Kenny, I enjoyed meeting you and Roman. I almost missed you back in the corner on Friday. Sounds like you had a good show.

Well I had the pleasure to shoot the new Bobcat today over at Kenny's house. Let me tell you that bow is SWEET!!! not only a beauty to look at but a true gem to shoot. Quiet stable and absolutely smokes an arrow. I'm not one to be overly impressed with speed but this bow did just that. I won't comment on my grouping with it as I'm a letfy and was shooting right handed. I can but it's akward. The Cree is absolutely gorgeous bow as well and what a shooter. I didn't shoot it as it was too heavy for me to shoot safely indoors. Thank you Kenny for inviting me over to play and as always a pleasure to spend some time with you.

It was good to meet you Blaine. Glad you found us back in the corner.

Matt, it was fun to shoot the breeze and  a few arrows. You did look a little shakey shooting in the basement    :bigsmyl:

Outside you looked a little more relaxed.

Not bad form for a lefty posing as a right handed shooter.

I was nervous shooting indoors! I didn't want to miss the target completely. I was real shaky with the Cree. Not used to that weight even left handed. Lol!

There was a lighter weight Cree there something like 42 - 44 lbs. Came back to anchor just smooth as butter and I dragged it way back behind my ear to see where it would start stacking. That would have been around 31" or so and it just felt so stable and "unstressed". Not the right word, but it just didn't feel strained at all. I will own one. Maybe that pretty cocobolo riser, but with curly maple limb veneers or maybe the entire bow in curly maple with a black accent stripe through the riser. There is a picture on the Hill Country brochure with the exact maple color I want.

There are going to be 2 Lost Creeks up for sale soon and maybe another bow.
