Big Jim Cocobolo
«

A year ago I ordered this bow from Big Jim, it came last fall. I don't change to new bows during the season so I let this sit till a couple of weeks ago. It is really growing on me. Good cast, quite, and it just feels right. Jim made the grip to suit my hand perfectly.
All cocobolo with a zebra accent in the riser. She's as pretty to look at as she is to shoot.
I also have say dealing with Big Jim was pleasure. He is patient and wants to build what you want.

I don't know how you could let a new bow like that sit for a few months. Congrats!

It's a Buff. I shot it a little when it arrived but waited till I could really shoot/tune it to get serious. I shot our 3D range with it Sunday afternoon and did well with it.
