MOAB, Thunderstick III, 7 Lakes, Spirit Bow by Bryan Holley, Mohawk.
I didn't put these in any ranking order, just ones I've owned. Maybe someday I'll get a chance to own some of the others mentioned here and maybe my top 5 will read differently but for now, this is it!

I will mention the three I have shot a lot or owned
in the order of how well I shot them.
1)Seven Lakes by Mike Ballenger & Rampart 3 piece
3)Mohawk
I am shooting a Mohawk now and its a fine bow. The Seven Lakes shot at least as well as the Mohawk does. Very under rated bows IMO and I should never have sold it.
Anything you have read regarding a Mohawk is true and can be applied to a Seven Lakes bow.

All this proves is that the usual names that come up in the threads are someone's favorite/best bow. We're lucky/unlucky to have such choice... for our wallets DO suffer and we're constantly looking for that better bow. It's not the bow... it's the archer, people. Enjoy! And shoot as much as you can: that'll make your bow into the BEST bow.
