My new RER bow
« on: January 29, 2012, 11:18:00 AM »
So I went to Kzoo to test drive as many bows as I could and this one found me.  I didn't go planning to buy but I couldn't resist.  The XR riser is Tigerwood with Rosewood crescent flare.  Boo limbs with tigerwood veneers.
I'm able to shoot tighter groups consistently.  Really boosts the confidence.  It's 60" 52 lb @ 28" and shoots quick, quiet and smooth.

Thanks to RER for all the help and a great product.

Kevin builds a good bow.......I really like mine!

They're great bows. You'll like it. My 64" is the smootest pulling bow I own. Kevin does a heck of a job.

I share your "WOW" effect from Kevins bows .. I too just bought one last week from Kevin & Sue. XR 62" 49@28 ... best shooting bow I've had as well. Enjoy it I know I sure am.

Dang nice Bow.  How wide are those limbs at the butt?  Is that a static?
Have fun with her.

Hey Randy. Limbs are 1.375 and it does have static tips. Great performance!

I talked with Kevin for quite a while at Kalamazoo Friday night.  I shot a couple of his bows and liked the XR the best.  Very quiet and dead in the hand, plus it hit where I was looking with a variety of arrows.  I surely don't need another bow, but I wouldn't be shocked either!
