Phone the company you bought it from, tell them about the problem, and if a good company they will send you a new one. I had simular problems with ones that dont play or are really scratched when they arrive and wont play on certain machines. For me I bought mine through Three Rivers and they sent a replacement ASAPwhen I called. Your problem might be formating, bad burn at the production company, scratches, etc. one machine may be better at reading a format or scrached DVD than another.
