I got a Dozen arrow made by Paul Jalon of Elite Arrows.  I had noticed that the feathers had started to peal up on some of them after a couple weeks of shooting them.  Paul had requested I send them back to him and he would take a look.  I e-mailed him and asked him what he thought and if they were fixable.  I told him and I would gladly buy those ones at a discounted price if he was just going to make a new set.  He told me he was making a new set and would send the original set back at no charge.  THAT IS WHAT I CALL GREAT SERVICE!!  Paul has a customer for as long as he is making arrows.  Paul is also a sponsor here so check him out he makes one of the best arrows I have ever seen.
