Looks like good cover, Covey.  I like decent cover in front and solid in behind me.  If trying to cover all sides, I'll have some high sections to keep me from being silhouetted.  Things will definitely change when the trees come down, but probably not for the bad.  The deer are still there and the down tops make for good hiding spots and pinch points.

I took two deer from this blind last season.  The dark spot is my bag on the seat.

In the first pic...I'm actually standing on the run. This spot here has three or four trails merging together. I'm curious to see how the timbering will affect deer movement.

Jason, deer movement is going to change big time.

All those tree tops will be left and the deer uses them to bed around and also have to walk around them. It does make for some good ground blind locations.

Looks great.  Are they cutting all the ash.  The marked tree looks like and ash.  I know the emerald boarer is killing most if not all the ash in NW Ohio.  It will change for sure, but those tops can be used for blinds or moved around to help create funnels.  Good luck!
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

I wouldnt be to worried about the trees coming down, it might change it for this year a little, but after that it will only help! I had the same thing happen! i was devestated at first, but 2 years later its the best thing that ever happened!

This is my favorite spot for a NW wind.

I took the photo facing East from a major North/South deer trail.

I am 8 yards from where I sit. If you look closely you will see my folded up chair.

I've killed two bucks and a doe from this spot in the last to years.

I like good back cover and very little cover in front of me.

I just wear a plaid wool shirt for camo and put a little charcoal on my face to dull the shine.

The key is having the wind in my face. If you beat their nose you can get away with a lot.

Looks like a great place to hunt. Lots of natural cover which will make very ambush spots.

I like spots like JCJ has, blow downs are my favorite places to hunt for turkeys and deer. You got to get far enough away from the tree to shoot but you can lean your bow with a arrow nocked up against the tree and get ready to shoot with very little movement.

Here's the view from one blind to another set up for different winds near an intersection of trails. It looks pretty open here, but I've had deer walk right by while sprucing up the blinds after heavy winds blew through. You can see the other blind in the center of the pic...
