x3 Cocoabolla and cedar or Juniper veneers. Or Cocoabolla and good ole  red elm veneers.

Cocobolo and bacote gets too "busy."

As someone above said coco with yew, osage or bamboo is the way to go.

My favorites are osage, yew and curly maple.  The last being my favorite, either natural or with a light stain...Mike

My favorite two woods are Macassar (Risers) and Cocobolo (Risers). I like Myrtle and Juniper or Eastern Red Cedar for limb veneers.  I have a Habu that is cocobolo riser and limbs.
