I use a Thunderhorn Boa, and it's a great quiver IMO. It doesn't work well with my bow socks on, but on a bare bow you can't go wrong!

Nate,

I have one .....It worked fine and seemed solid although I never hunted with it.  I had it on a long bow-handled recurve that I have since sold.

Nate if you are talking about the mini boa(4 arrow), I have had one for several years. Great quiver, solid and quiet. I like to hunt with 5 arrows so I usually carry 3 BH and 2 small game/stumpers. I piggy back one of the stumpers.  :wavey:    :campfire:

Love the mini boa and a great deal to boot.

Having said that, Big Jim's strap-ons QUIVERS are even a better deal IMHO.

After reading my post above, I felt I better be clear about Jim's strap-ons with this group, it could have gotten ugly.     :biglaugh:        :biglaugh:        :biglaugh:

I have the mini BOA as well. Workes great on thin limbed bows. On real thick longbow limbs you may have to trim one of the ears off or use a Great Northern on that bow.

I have one... almost new.  I changed bows and the new bows have inserts for a one-piece quiver, so I switched to a one-piece so it can be removed easier.

I will sell it to you for $52.00 TYD... unless you live in Europe or something! Heh.

The Boa and small fry boa are my favorite quivers. And I have used great northern, efa, selway.
I use the small fry hood but use the regular boa arrow holder section. You can fit 5 broadheads or broadheads and blunts in the hood.

I use the boa quiver, it works pretty good.

It does tend to slip when put over bow socks, so I cut my bow socks in half, slid the first one on, strapped the quiver to bare limb, and slipped the second half on. Repeat on both limbs, that way the quiver is still gripping on the actual bow instead of sliding along with the sock.

I have used them and they work great, very well made too. It will probably even quiet your bow a little, it did on my recurves.

I just traded for the small fry. I'll let put a post once it comes in. I just bought a brand new kanati quiver and  at $60 after shipping it was an awesome deal! But the boas definitely look like great quivers

good quality for the dollar.
Very solid mount.
Cant go wrong, but I like a bare bow set up.

It works great. I broke down and bought one. I reccommend it for its dollar value..
