Someone mentioned there were lots of squirrels in the area, and I love squirrel hunting with my longbow.  What kinds of squirrels do you have down in Georgia?

Forgive my ignorance, as I am VERY new to this and am unsure what the Hill gang is (I know who Howard Hill was). I was at the Pre-spring Fling and had more fun than a kid at disney land. Is this a Tradgang hunt or is it a private thing? I would like to attend if possible.

destructive_mechanic the only key to getting in on the hunt is that you have to shoot/hunt with a Hill/Hill style bow.

This hunt is a celebration of the Hill style longbow.  The "Hill gang" is just the name for the sub-group of guys on here who have all been sharing information for over the past year in the Hill style.

We are all tradgangers, this is just a special hunt put together so those of us with a passion for hill style bows can get together, visit, shoot pigs, and camp out.

If it was not for tradgang, we all would not have met or had this level of brotherhood that is developing.  It is a "bug" that just stays in your system.  In a very good way...

BTW,
Jeff told me this is a small mom and pop print shop so where investing in American workmanship.

I live in GA, so if anyone wants to ship items to my house, just let me know.

Also, that shirt design is awesome.

Darren, Can you add a couple of more Michiganders to the list?  My son Sean(Sean Butler here on TG) and myself.
We love hunting hogs but don't get to do that up here so we travel down to Ray Hammond's place.
Sean had Craig build him a Cheetah last year and I've got a few Hills that I'm working on becoming more proficient with.
Anyway it would be great to meet everyone, share some hunting adventures and stories around a campfire.

I talked to several guys from around Georgia that said they have extra camping stuff to bring. If your flying in, let us know what you need.

If you want to ship your bow or arrows ahead of time, let me know and we can arrange that too.

If there's anything you think we need, please let me know.

I'm going to bring a target and several gallons of drinking water and potable water. I would also like the guys that live in Ga to bring some targets, and water.

Maybe RC might know a Taxidermist in the area that we can line up, if someone wants to mount their kill.
