Got my economical archery hybrid
« on: February 12, 2012, 01:22:00 PM »
After my first one broke on me over the summer he contacted me and said he would build me a new one. Said he got much better at building and now offers a 2 yr warrentee and thought it would only be fair to warrente mine.

So it showed up last week and i have been shooting the heck out of it. I love it!!!  its 62" 50#@26". Its just a plain looking hunting bow with some horse power to it. This bow really zips the arrows, its a screamer for sure Played with the weights on the arrows and added string nocks and went out today. bow was grouping awsome at 20 yds. first 3 shots were touching and all the rest were really good groups for me. Went to 30 yds and again for me pretty good groups. went back to 40 and fire 2 arrows and 2 dead deer ( most likely luck lol). Im really impressed with this bow and how flat it shoots my arrows. still have to tune a little more since I only bare shafted at 15 yds so far and my arrows are a little on the weak side.

only negative i have is the grip, Im not use to the shape of it yet.  he said I can send it in and he will shape to for me but im going to give it a little more time, im starting to warm up to it.

I still have to take some pics on my bow but here is his web site.  He also builds self bows.

If you want a straight up hunting bow for a low price give them a look.

Seen his site before, think I found it because he used to have a build along for a single arrow bow quiver

more I shoot it the more I love it. been shooting at about 37 yds all day and its hitting awsome. really impressive.  I lik ethe feel of the heavier draw weight as well. Might have to pick up some 50-55# limbs for my hunter bow now
