2nd attempt at splicing and a new feather shape I burned.

Well I did a little splicing (still practicing) and decided to burn a new shape feather. It's kinda like a missile shape.Hope you like it.
  Oh and there are only 5 shafts #6 would not cooperate when cresting, and had to be punished(it's now a small pile of kindling)patience is a must...LOL   :knothead:

Nice!  How do those missles fly?  Are they quieter than other shapes?

Looks great. The fletching profile looks like it would be very quiet.

Glad to see those feathers are going to GOOD use!
They look great Maybe the 6th should be a reverse fletching, orange with white stripes that'll show them who's BOSS

I havnt shot them yet, I am not allowed to shoot my 70# bow(getting back surgery in 2 wks)but I may have a friend try them for me. I will update when I launch them.

Lookin'good Ipcjon2! Since Mike Vines (thanks!) had a recent thread about membrane splices, I've been having alot of fun with it. Just about got enough made up for my 1st dozen Surewoods.
