It's a great feeling when bow, arrow and shooter all come together to produce great arrow flight.

In watching How to videos whether it be a Rick Welch video or one of MoeBow's here or any other one, I have watched their form but I also noticed the arrow flight. I have finally gotten there or very close. It is a good feeling. Thank you

Good deal. I made up some myself. For my 45@29 Halfbreed, I get really good flight with 31.5" 5575s, 50 gr insert, and 250 grain point.

I've just been trying to remove some stock inserts from some GT5575s to add some 50grn brass inserts, but I can't get those d@*# inserts out! I tried several times to heat a field tip then screw it in and pull/twist with pliers. No luck!  :banghead:    :banghead:

I got mine out with a low, slow heat on the kitchen stove. (Sue wasn't home) When it comes to heating things I generally go overboard.

I use a 1/8" welding rod (TIG Rod), remove the nock, insert rod and then punch it out from the back end.  Has worked on pretty much everything except Dev Con Epoxy!

Good Luck

Thanks Guys, StickSlinger, that sounds like it might just work, I don't know what they were glued in with. I bought them from ********* Archery Supply  :dunno:
