Hey Pete, Bill will grind left or right, whichever you order. I wonder if he will split the rest of the 500 in this run evenly between left and right bevel?

Mike has it covered!!    Thank you!

No pictures just now. Other than the sharpened tanto tip I dont think you would be able to see much differance in a picture.

Bill, I'm interested in the 160 grn Kodiak in left wing.  When they're ready I'll take some.  I'm liking the way the 140's fly and sharpen.  I bought the KME.  160's in 1 1/4" should be a good blade for my CO elk hunt.

I placed my pre-order last week for a pack of LW 160 Grizzly's and a pack of LW 160 Kodiak's.

For people like me who shoot light poundage trad bows, I think doing away with the 160 grain "Kodiak" (formerly El Grande) would be a mistake in my opinion.

For my 42# bow, I like the width of my broadhead to be around 1 3/16" maximum. With my heavy arrow setup, I normally shoot a 1 1/8" wide broadhead which shall remain nameless at this time since it isn't a Grizzly.

OH Lee you know that weight is right in my target area for stock bows!  :D  See you in a couple of months.

If the 160 grain Kodiak stays or goes is not totally up to me. It will be the popularity of that weight that dictates the broadheads fate. I’m sorry to say but I can not have thousands of dollars wrapped up in a broadhead weight that does not sell.Even if the 160 Kodiak goes away the 160 grain Grizzly is quite popular so that weight head will not go away completely.Althought the Kodiak is larger than the Grizzly.

Do these come as a screw in or do you need an adapter?

The paint needed time to harden. They were shipped to Ron on monday morning and should be there today or tomorrow.  It is going to take a little while to get them all ground. It’s going to be a few weeks yet or maybe a bit more.

I talked to Ron today and he said he has improved the grind even more!  :scared:  Just a few minutes with the KME broadhead sharpener and then to the leather, and look out!She is scary sharp!
