Basspro/Redhead carbon arrows

Has anyone used the carbon fury or carbon supreme arrows from BPS? They come in 150,250,&350 spine. I think they are made by Carbon Express but am not sure.

If you have used them, did you like/dislike them?

I shot the Fury's for a while.  They flew well, but were too light for me, and not the toughest carbon arrow.  Still, they are not bad for the price.  The supremes are a better arrow, but I don't have much personal experience with them.  I've been told the Carbon Express makes them for BPS.  Brady

Thanks doc, the reason I ask is that I have a BPS visa that earns me points($) that I can use at BPS. I currently shoot Heritage 150's but I can get the fury's for $50/dozen and thought I might use them for stumping or possibly for that r/d longbow in the 40-45# range that I think I'm gonna buy.LOL

I've got one too.  Gotten over $1200 in free stuff in the last couple of years with it.  Unfortunately, that means I have spent a BUNCH of money.

I have used the supreme arrows (size 350) for my 60# @ 31" Fox High Sierra.

I add 2 strands of .090" weed-wacker line ot the inside and they weight about 605gr.

They are not quite as tough as Easton ST Epics or ST Axis, but still way tougher than aluminum and cedar.

We used to shoot them with wheel bows.  They held up good enough for us.  We lost way more than we broke.  Used the same one to kill 3 different hogs one year.  Never found it after the last pass through.  

Found a couple left over and will refletch it with feathers and try it out this weekend.

I have some of the redhead carbon supreme lite hunters, size 250, and they seem to be a very rugged arrow. FYI, a 30" bop arrow with 4" four fletch and a 175 grain tip weights 486 grains

Larry, what type/#draw bow do you shoot those arrows from?

PSE Man, I've used the carbon supremes as my primary "hunting" arrows the last few years.  The 250's spine the same as CX 250's.

I use them in bows from 55#-60# cut to 30".

If you can get the 150s they would probably work for you but I've tried a couple of times to get them from BP and they never have them.

Thanks Mike. I figured that they had the same spine as CX 150s. We have a BPS store opening here next month so I'm gonna keep my eye out for some of the 150's.

I shoot the 250s as well. They fly really well. 30.5 inch arrow with 150gr woodsman weigh 525gr. I'm shooting them out of a 64# CM recurve (8gr/#). They fly like darts and are very tough. Pretty good price too.

I'm shooting them out of a DAS with Samick extreme limbs..46 lbs at 28"
