Smothered Shrimp in Sausage Gravy.

Take it out of the casing and fry it up.  Take it out and leave the fat in the pan.  Add diced onion, green onion, bell pepper, and garlic.  Cook for a few minutes.  Add in some flour and make a brown roux.  Add in chicken broth, and pork gravy.  Add sausage back to pot, season with some pepper, worcestershire, and hot sauce.  Let it simmer for an hour.  Adjust salt and pepper.  Add in 1-2 pounds of cleaned and deveined shrimp.  Let cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are just done.  Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Jambalaya would be great to, be sure to sautee some pepper, onions and tomatoes with a little  V-8 to top that jamba with,  maybe a nice thick corn and sausage chowder with some redskin potaoes too.

Ravioli, make your own with porky and feta cheese.
