Hello just wanted to introduce myself. I just started shooting traditional last year and have to say I enjoy it much more than I ever have shooting my compound and much more than I ever thought I could at all for that matter.

I currently shoot a Hoyt Gamemaster II 54#@26" dl. I'm about halfway through reading Gene Wensels first book right now and have to say that all it is doing is making the traditional fire burn hotter! So anyway hello all and wanted to say thanks for such an informative place and I am looking forward to reading the forums in the future!

Welcome TG.  Sure wish I had a site like this back in the 60's when I first started off.  Great people and so much good information.

Welcome.  No better place to learn and have those fires flamed.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Justin, Welcome, there is sooo much info here. I wish I had access 40 yrs ago. The Shooters FORM Forum is excellent, esp for a new trad archer. Pay close attention to Moebow, he has some excellent instructional tools, also Terry Green has some good stuff that will save you years of frustration.
