AZ, did not mean to leave you hanging, missed your question. Like everyone has stated, match the bevel to your feathers. Now which one is better? That is something you need to determine.
I shot double bevel broadheads for years and they work. I started using single bevels a few years ago and they seem to work better for me.
I can get double bevel broadheads shaving sharp, but there is a single bevel I can get sharper. I have not killed the number of animals with a single bevel as I have a double, but they seem to be working much better for "ME".
In my "opinion" and with my "experiences", the single bevel is working better for me.
