You will have hunting for waterfowl and upland birds ( sharptails, Huns and pheasants). Whitetails , muledeer in the badlands and antelope when the season opens again . The best walleye fishing in the lower 48 along with other fish .We have just come off of 3 of the worst winters in our history so some game populations are way down mainly deer and pheasants but we have just had the mildest winter in history so they should start their recovery it wont take long . We had one of the best deer pop. you could ever imagine, taking a drive in the evening and it was not uncommon to see a thousand deer but not now !!As I said before there is also good bear hunting in Minn. not far from Forks And good deer hunting in If you can find a place to hunt or stay on public land. There is the red river archers archery club but it is all high tech . They have a indoor shoot every year at winters end or early spring I usally attend but shots are mostly beyond 35 yards. Most shoots have stickbow classes and some have quite a few of us you'll meet many. I personally like the Gforks area of the bigger cities in ND It has some of the best hunting close by and nice people . I live about 120 miles from there give me a call and you are welcome to come by anytime ...Tim
