Arrow suggestion???
« on: March 06, 2012, 02:31:00 PM »
Shot Carbon Express Heritage arrows at 30.5" off of my old Bear recurve (55#) last fall and had great luck with them.

Just purchased a Black Widow that'll be right at 64# or so at 28" draw.

Looking for suggestions on arrows if I'm shooting a 30" or 30.5" using a 150 grain broadhead up front...

HELP!!!   :)

If you like the Heritage and want to stay with them the Heritage 350 will do the job. I would start full length and cut back from there.
Hope this helps.

I'm going to shoot the Beman MFX Classic out of my Mentor ~60# @ my 30" draw, officially 54# @ 28. Gonna try out the 340s and tune it to see what the best point is for it though. I'm leaving my arrows at full length.

I think a 400 spine would work if you are only going to be using a 150 grain tip.
